PROFESSIONAL THEATER IN THE CATSKILL MOUNTAINS

HOUSING

One of the goals of CMS is to bring artists from all over the country (and eventually the world) to the Catskills, a region we love with all of our hearts. We provide housing in the Catskills for our artistic team for every production. During our annual summer main stage, we house approximately 10-20 artists for 6-7 weeks. This expenditure accounts for nearly 20% of our annual budget.

VEHICLE

Our artists also need reliable vehicles to travel from their lodging to rehearsal, to procure basic necessities, and to be able to discover our amazing landscape and all its offerings.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Do you or someone you know have a Catskills home, bungalow, cabin or apartment that could temporarily house our artists for free or at a discount? We are always looking for clean, comfortable, local housing for our team. Or do you or someone you know have a vehicle that you could donate as a ‘company car’ for our season? Or perhaps an old working vehicle that could find a permanent new home with Catskill Mountain Shakespeare?

 

We would be happy to provide you a tax write off, free performance tickets, and some other fun perks in return for your generosity.
